Leonardo, houseboat in the pool.

Our big boat, Leonardo, has completed 31 year trips in the sea, and is now resting on land.

It was built from 1983 to 1988, by hand, from the amateur owner-builder, and traveled in Aegean, till to Skyros and Chalkida.

Now Leonardo is ready to welcome visitors.
From 1/6/22 it will be rented with a minimum booking limit of 3 nights.

Houseboat Leonardo is a 10 meter boat in a regular pool.

Accompanied by a covered outdoor kitchen, toilet, and outdoor shower.

The pool will be for the exclusive use of Leonardo's guests, and the area will be surrounded by light reed fences, for privacy or nudity.

Leonardo is for semi-crazy people, like us.

Our house is near the beach in Sithonia, Chalidiki. The place is quite, ideal for relaxing and has nothing to do with mass tourism.
The house is 35 s.m and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a big wooden balcony with great view at the sea, a dining table and an outdoor shower. There is direct access to the beach.
The house can host up to 4 people.
There is also a possibility of renting a caravan, that can host 3 people. The caravan is accessible from the house with a door but has also its own door and bathroom.
